Compco Industries has an in-house tool and die/machine shop with a combined 95 years of experience between four journeymen machinist/tool and die makers, (84 years combined Compco experience), that use a team approach to design, build and maintain a wide variety of dies that are essential in the manufacture of our products. We also have an apprenticeship program, currently employing two apprentices that were chosen from within the company.

Compco's tool and die/machine shop doubles as the maintenance team, maintaining all of our presses and manufacturing equipment on a daily basis. In addition, our in-house weld/fabrication shop fabricates fixtures and equipment necessary to manufacture customer parts efficiently.
