COMPCO INDUSTRIES

These terms and conditions ( TERMS ) shall apply to the use of any email and/or internet resources of Compco Industries ( Compco ) for any purpose whatsoever.

Under no circumstances, and for no reason, shall any employee or other agent of Compco Industries use any resource of Compco for the purposes of unsolicited commercial email or unsolicited bulk email - collectively referred to as Spam. This statement is inclusive of any subscriber of services provided by Compco Industries or its' agents and shall remain in force at all times.

Any user accessing Compco internet resources (email, webpages, etc.) shall be governed by these TERMS.

Anyone found to be in violation of these terms shall be denied access to ALL resources of Compco Industries, including web and email services.

Compco may log any available information for the purposes of enforcing these TERMS, and may report any information logged to any appropriate law enforcement agency or other organization.

Compco may filter any and all incoming and outgoing email or web traffic for the purposes of blocking unsolicited commercial email ( UCE ) or unsolicited bulk email ( UBE ), collectively referred to as Spam, or for the purposes of limiting access to those in violation of these terms.

Compco Industries does not condone nor engage in unsolicited commercial email ( UCE ) nor unsolicited bulk email ( UBE ). Compco Industries and its' agents will never send email for any purpose other than the transaction of business related to Compco Industries, its' suppliers and customers, and will not send those emails to anyone other than its' customers or suppliers. COMPCO WILL NOT SEND BULK OR UNSOLICITED EMAIL TO ANYONE.

If you believe that you have been sent an email from Compco Industries or that an email may have originated from within our facilities, please contact the administrator at: abuse@compcoind.com. Please include as much information about the email as is available.

A WORD ABOUT PRIVACY...

Compco Industries keeps a log of all web and email traffic transacted on our network. Information logged includes the sender, recipient, size, origin, destination, and date for email; and remote IP, remote browser, pages accessed, date/time, and other publicly available information for web services. No other information is kept. THIS INFORMATION IS COLLECTED FOR THE SOLE USE OF COMPCO INDUSTRIES AND WILL NOT BE SHARED WITH ANYONE. THIS INFORMATION IS NOT COLLECTED FOR MARKETING PURPOSES. This information is used to provide a better web experience and reliable email services. EMAILS ARE ONLY READ BY THEIR RECIPIENTS. In the event the recipient of an email finds it to be addressed incorrectly, offensive, or otherwise irrelevant, that email may be referred to the mail administrator for further action.
