Mr. Benner comes to Compco with years of experience in the metal forming industry, specializing in sales of ASME and Non-Code tank heads, well as a full line of tank accessories including manways and hand holes.
In 2009, Compco announced the launch of their High Definition Plasma cutting abilities and the expansion of their inventory warehouse, Tankhead Express. Compco expects 2010 to be an even greater year for growth with added product lines, now including large diameter tank heads, manways and hand holes. “We’re actively building upon the growth that we have experienced in 2009” states Rick Fryda, the company’s President and CEO. “Compco has strategically positioned itself, and we expect 2010 to be another significant year with further expansion and increased market share. Curt’s background in the added product lines that we will be offering will prove to be a significant asset to the company.”
Compco Industries is acquiring new machinery for the added product lines and expects be fully operational by the second quarter of 2010.
